The​​​​​​​​​​ database cleansing will initially be on using search strings to pull back candidates already on your database and coding them according to an agreed formula for job titles, skills etc if they are not already correctly coded. From there the task was to search the job boards to find similar candidates not already on the database, and add them on, again coding to the agreed formula and job titles etc.
